Hittepit can be heated up in the microwave. It retains the warmth for a long time and releases it very slowly to the surrounding area. Use Hittepit where heat brings relief, for muscle or stomach ache, back complaints or menstruation pains. It can also be used to help relax a stiff neck for example, and for a hand or foot massage and where muscle movement requires activating.

Important: The cherry pit cushion should be heated up in the micrawave for a maximum of 2.5 minutes at 700W.
